- Production Management: Assisting with daily workflow, planning, and organizing schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Operational Support: Ensuring efficient allocation of manpower, tools, and materials.
- Quality & Technical Oversight: Monitoring production quality to match shop drawings and technical specifications.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforcing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards in the factory.
- Coordination: Liaising between the factory floor, project managers, and designers for smooth workflow.
- Reporting: Preparing daily or weekly reports on productivity and material consumption.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a joinery, carpentry, or furniture manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Knowledge: Understanding of joinery production processes, machinery, and material types.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Education: A diploma or degree in engineering or manufacturing is often preferred, though not always required.
