Primary Responsibilities

• Consistently apply PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
• Assist buyers throughout the entire purchasing journey, secure signed buyer agreements, and support home selection
• Obtain listings from sellers and expertly market their properties
• Negotiate offers on behalf of both buyers and sellers
• Conduct four open houses each month
• Transform prospecting and lead generation activities into client meetings
• Participate in weekly script practice sessions to maintain team standards
• Engage in weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Demonstrate proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
