A Saudi Architect

We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Saudi Architect to join our team, working on luxury hospitality projects including five-star hotels, resorts, branded residences, and high-end mixed-use developments.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong design sensibility, solid technical expertise, and a thorough understanding of international hospitality brand standards such as Hyatt, Marriott, IHG, Kempinski, Taj, and Accor.

Please note: This position is open only to candidates who have been educated and professionally trained within the Europe, the United States, or KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop architectural design concepts, massing studies, and spatial strategies aligned with project vision and brand requirements

- Prepare and coordinate design development and construction documentation, including plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings

- Ensure integration of architecture with interior design, structure, and MEP systems

- Coordinate closely with consultants, operators, and project stakeholders to ensure design intent, quality, and compliance

- Review shop drawings, technical submissions, and mock-ups to maintain design integrity

- Participate in site visits and provide design clarification during construction stages

- Present architectural proposals clearly and confidently to clients and hotel operators

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in architecture

- Saudi Nationality

- 4–5 years of experience, with a strong focus on luxury hospitality projects within Europe, the United States, or KSA

- Candidates must be Europe, the United States, or KSA educated

- Proven portfolio of completed five-star hospitality projects

- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp

- Familiarity with local authority regulations and international hospitality standards

- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Professional, confident, and well-presented

*Salary should be between 10K to 12K Saudi Riyals
