Salary: $25–$27 per hour based on experience and duties
Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time; 32 hours guaranteed

This welcoming Holland family is excited to find a nanny who will become a trusted part of their newborn season. They live an active, health-focused lifestyle and enjoy a great mix of movement, connection, and cozy time at home. The household loves trying new foods and restaurants, cooking at home, and spending time with friends and family. Outdoor time is important to them, whether it’s a neighborhood walk, a hike, or simply getting fresh air when the day allows. They also enjoy game nights, board games, and fun activities like pickleball. Both parents are driven and busy professionals, and they value a calm, capable presence who can help keep the day-to-day running smoothly during this tender stage. Their newborn is currently settling into the world; loving milk, sleep, and cuddles and the family is eager to partner with someone who can support a gentle, nurturing routine. Two sweet, cuddly hairless cats round out the home.

The family is seeking a patient, gentle, and reliable nanny who is confident in the newborn stage and genuinely enjoys caring for infants. The ideal candidate communicates clearly and consistently, sharing updates, asking thoughtful questions, and partnering with the parents to support feeding, sleep, soothing, and daily routines. This role is best suited for someone who understands newborn needs and can offer calm support through common early challenges, including gas discomfort and fussy periods. The nanny should also be development-minded, incorporating simple, age-appropriate activities as the baby grows; tummy time, sensory play, outdoor walks, reading, and interaction that supports early milestones. A strong fit will bring warmth and steadiness to the home, take initiative when appropriate, and create an environment where the baby feels secure, comforted, and well cared for. Above all, the family is looking for a loving, attentive caregiver who takes pride in providing high-quality newborn care.
