Duties

• Host engaging live broadcasts on the Whatnot platform, demonstrating products and sharing compelling stories to captivate viewers
• Interact actively with viewers by answering questions, responding to comments, and fostering a lively community atmosphere
• Promote products effectively to encourage sales and increase viewer engagement during live sessions
• Manage multiple tasks including data entry of sales information, order processing, and customer inquiries in real-time
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve show content and presentation strategies based on analysis of viewer feedback and data
• Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring secure processing of payments

Requirements

• Multilingual abilities are highly preferred; fluency in English is essential, with additional languages considered a strong asset
• Proven experience in sales, customer support, or client services; call center or outbound calling experience is advantageous
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general data entry capabilities
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret viewer engagement data and adapt hosting strategies accordingly
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus for engaging diverse audiences effectively
• Previous experience in customer service roles involving cash handling or typing is beneficial
