AAA Emergency Roadside Office Dispatcher

Thank you for your interest in our available position as an in office dispatcher for Phoenix Battery Service!

Our company provides roadside service to AAA members for vehicles that are having starting problems. This position is for dispatching incoming service calls to our infield roadside technicians.

Shifts available

• Days = 2 shifts available = Weekends and Weekdays
• Hours = Depending on daylight savings - We are operational from 7am to 8pm. Looking for multiple shifts to fill

Responsibilities

• Dispatch incoming service calls to technicians in the field
• Inbound phone call inquiries from AAA and AAA members regarding roadside service needs
• Outbound phone call inquiries to AAA, AAA members and infield technicians regarding roadside service needs
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including various reports throughout work shift.

Qualifications

• Dispatching experience is a plus, but not necessary (willing to train the right person )
• Basic computer experience
• Ability and willingness to make strong analytical and often fast paced decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Safety Sensitive Position
