We are seeking an experienced and highly responsible AAC Plant Incharge to oversee complete plant operations—from raw material management and production planning to quality control, maintenance coordination, and manpower management. The candidate must ensure efficient production with minimal wastage and consistently high product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end plant operations, including batching, cutting, autoclaving, finishing, and dispatch.
- Ensure correct chemical and raw material mix design (cement, lime, gypsum, aluminium) to produce blocks with required density, strength, and finish.
- Plan daily production schedules based on sales orders and coordinate with dispatch, marketing & quality teams.
- Monitor and control raw material inventory, consumption, and wastage to optimize production cost.
- Implement strong quality control measures and ensure compliance with industry standards and testing requirements.
- Manage and lead plant workforce, including operators, technicians, supervisors, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure machines, molds, autoclaves & equipment perform with minimal downtime through preventive maintenance.
- Maintain production records, reports, KPIs, and documentation for management review.
- Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and adherence to SOPs & statutory compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s in Civil / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in AAC blocks manufacturing or similar precast concrete/brick/block industry.
- Strong knowledge of mixing, foaming, rising, cutting, and autoclave processes.
- Leadership, people management, production planning & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize cost, quality, and efficiency.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
