AAM - BDC Rep. BMW of South Albany

We are seeking a Business Development Representative for BMW of South Albany. This position handles incoming phone calls, dealership and internet leads. Follow up with previous day showroom customers via phone. Confirm daily appointments, use DMS to reach out to possible clients, and schedules sales appointments. Call/schedule service clients for recalls, inspections, maintenance and campaign follow up.

Hourly rate plus incentive. Total earnings could reach $65,000 or more.

High School Graduate or equivalent.
Excellent phone and customer service skills
Excellent computer skills (office 365)
Previous automotive experience preferred
Valid Insurable license
