ABA Clinical Coordinator

Children’s Therapy Corner has provided rehabilitation and therapeutic services for children across Michigan since 1997. We are a family-owned outpatient clinic specializing in supporting children with physical, sensory, behavioral, cognitive, and communication needs. We are seeking a Clinical Coordinator to support our ABA services in an outpatient pediatric setting. This role is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations, ensuring efficient, high-quality applied behavior analysis services, and supporting the implementation and oversight of behavioral treatment plans. The Clinical Coordinator collaborates with clinical staff, administrative teams, and families to ensure coordinated care, effective communication, and consistent delivery of services.

Required Qualifications

  • Licensed BCBA/BCaBA from an accredited program in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • 2 years of pediatric experience within a graduate program or previous employment.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work Full-Time Hours

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure efficient, high-quality ABA service delivery
  • Support implementation, monitoring, and adherence to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Promote treatment fidelity and consistency across clinical staff through oversight and guidance
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, clinical staff, administrative teams, and families to support coordinated care and communication
  • Assist with staff scheduling, coverage, and workflow coordination to ensure appropriate staffing levels
  • Support patient intake, scheduling, and service utilization in coordination with administrative teams
  • Assist with billing, coding, and authorization processes to support timely and accurate service delivery
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including treatment outcomes, staff productivity, and clinic efficiency, and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide support in supervising, mentoring, and training clinical staff, including RBTs and behavior technicians, as applicable
  • Assist with staff onboarding, orientation, and integration into clinical workflows and expectations
  • Support performance management through feedback, evaluations, and corrective action processes when needed
  • Ensure compliance with clinical policies, documentation standards, and applicable regulatory and ethical guidelines
  • Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support treatment planning and progress
  • Serve as a point of contact for families, supporting communication, addressing concerns, and reinforcing continuity of care
  • Collaborate with leadership on operational improvements and initiatives to enhance clinic performance and service quality
