C-Neta Behavioral Health Services seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as the Clinical Director of our organization. The Clinical Director would lead clinical operations, oversees treatment quality, and manages staff. Responsibilities include supervising BCBAs, BCaBAs and Behavior Technicians, conducting functional assessments, developing treatment plans, ensuring ethical compliance, and driving company growth through clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Leadership: Oversee all Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, ensuring evidence-based intervention plans and high-quality care.
  • Staff Supervision: Provide mentorship, training, and performance evaluations to BCBAs and behavior technicians (RBTs).
  • Quality Assurance: Audit clinical records, data collection systems, and ensure adherence to BACB ethical standards.
  • Program Development: Tailor autism treatment programs to meet individual client needs and regional requirements.
  • Collaboration: Act as a liaison with families, caregivers, and funding sources (insurance/regional centers).
  • Operational Management: Handle intake, scheduling, staffing, and assist with recruiting clinical staff.

Qualifications

  • Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Education: Master’s or Doctorate in ABA, Psychology, or Education.
  • Experience: Generally 5+ years of ABA service delivery, with 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Licensure: Active New Jersey License (NJ LBA)

Skills

  • Expertise in functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavior intervention plans (BIP).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and mentoring skills.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records and data collection platforms.
  • Ability to balance clinical quality with business metrics (utilization/retention).

Pay: $71,500.00 - $84,500.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Newark, NJ 07103
