ABA clinical supervisor (BCBA/BC)

Job Overview
Aster Children’s Behavioral Health is seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Clinical supervisor (BCBA or BC/LBS). Aster Children’s Behavioral Health provides high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism or other developmental disorders in their schools, home and the community. Must have PA LBS.

Duties

• Conduct FBA and skill assessment and develop individualized treatment plan
• Oversee program onsite and update data to monitor client progress weekly
• Provide supervision/training to BHTs/RBTs
• Create session materials including data sheets for BHTs
• Complete documentation of supervision, training and site visit sessions
• Attend IEP meetings and any other inter-agency meetings to support the client
• Provide trainings to parents/caregivers
• Communicate with all parties professionally and model positive attitude to staff and parents.

Education:

• Master degree in ABA, special education, psychology or related areas.
• 8 hours supervision course certified

Certificates:

• Board-certified behavior analyst: (BCBA certificate and PA LBS) or
• Behavior consultant: (PA LBS with a minimum of 12 credits in ABA)

Experience:

• Applied Behavior Analysis: 2 years
• Working with children in the school, home and community
• Capable with assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, FAST and etc)

Other qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Passing background checks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
