| Full-Time | $25–$33 per hour (based on experience level)
Go Behavioral is seeking skilled and passionate individuals to join our clinical team as ABA Clinical Team Leaders / Case Managers. This role is ideal for professionals working toward BCBA certification who are ready to lead with clinical integrity, mentorship, and a family-centered approach. As an ABA Clinical Team Leader / Case Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and consistency of services provided to clients across in-home, school, and clinic-based settings. You will work directly under the supervision of a BCBA and serve as a leader to front-line staff.
Your responsibilities include:
- Treatment Planning & Client Support
- Assist BCBAs with developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized ABA
Treatment plans
- Oversee session fidelity and generalization of skills across environments
- Monitor skill acquisition and behavior data to recommend program updates
- Ensure accurate goal tracking, prompt fading, and generalization across home and
Community
- Team Supervision & Leadership
- Observe and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs during sessions
- Conduct field supervision hours and treatment integrity checks
- Provide feedback, modeling, and hands-on support to staff
- Support new hire onboarding and skill training during shadowing phases
- Maintain consistent communication with caregivers regarding client progress
- Deliver parent training under BCBA guidance, helping families generalize ABA strategies
- Attend and contribute to team meetings and parent reviews
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain supervision logs, session notes, and observation documentation
- Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and payer (insurance/Regional Center)
Requirements
- Support preparation for report writing, treatment plan reviews, and data analysis
- Clinical Development & Ethics
- Participate in internal training, CEU workshops, and supervision hours toward BCBA Certification
- Uphold BACB’s ethical code and company-wide clinical standards
- Collaborate across disciplines (speech, OT, education teams) as needed
Position Levels & Requirements
We support clinicians at different stages of their ABA journey. Candidates will be evaluated and compensated based on their qualifications and documentation provided.
Senior Level – $29–$33/hour
- 3+ years of ABA field experience
- Completed master’s degree in Behavior Analysis
- 1,500–1,600 supervision hours completed
- Must provide documentation
Mid-Level – $28–$29/hour
- 2+ years of ABA experience
- 50%-70% completion of a master’s degree in Behavior Analysis
- 1,300–1,500 supervision hours completed
- Must provide documentation
Entry Level – $25–$27/hour
- 2+ years of ABA experience
- 25–50% completion of a master’s degree in Behavior Analysis
- 750–1,000 supervision hours completed
- Must provide documentation
