ABA Program Manager – $30–$40/hr
Peninsula Area - Growth-Focused Clinical Leadership Role
Adapt: A Behavioral Collective is seeking an experienced ABA leader to oversee client programs, mentor therapists, and ensure high-quality, ethical care for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
This role is ideal for a strong clinician ready to step into greater leadership responsibility within a supportive and collaborative team.

Job Position Details
- Full-time: 30+ hours
- Hybrid model: Primarily in-person sessions. Telehealth opportunities may arise, with potential for additional remote sessions after 90 days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and tailor individualized ABA programs in partnership with Clinical Directors
- Supervise, mentor, and support Behavioral and Senior Behavioral Therapists
- Ensure precise data tracking and analyze client progress
- Facilitate team communication and meetings
- Educate and empower parents/caregivers in ABA methods
- Maintain high standards of ethical, evidence-based care
- Provide clinical guidance and performance feedback to team members
- Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Education:
- Master’s in Psychology, ABA, Special Education, or related field; OR completion of 12 ABA units; OR BCaBA coursework completed
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in an ABA supervisory/leadership role
- Minimum 2 years providing ABA services to children with autism
Certifications:
- RBT Certification required
- BCBA preferred (not required)
Skills:
Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license/insurance
- Ability to provide negative TB test and required immunizations
- Access to a computer and internet
- Mobile phone with service plan (partial reimbursement available)
- Clear FBI & DOJ fingerprint clearance (partial reimbursement provided)
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Range: $30–$40/hr depending on experience, certification, and supervisory background.
