At this time, ABI is expanding and seeking a Program Supervisor to provide mid-tier clinical supervision, parent training, and staff mentorship under the guidance of a BCBA.
What You’ll Do
- Manage assigned ABA programs while providing direct 1:1 sessions as needed
- Lead or co-lead parent training sessions with BCBA support
- Complete progress reports and ensure timely documentation
- Enter monthly schedules and maintain accurate clinical records
- Implement and update treatment and behavior intervention plans, notifying the BCBA of all changes
- Coach and mentor Behavior Technicians on professionalism and clinical skills
- Deliver at least 10% direct supervision and maintain a 75% direct / 25% indirect supervision ratio
- Conduct fidelity and IOA checks to ensure program integrity
- Uphold HIPAA, maintain professional boundaries, and ensure quality client care
PART TIME & FULL TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE (minimum 15 hours of work per week)
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field or current enrollment in relevant master's program
- 2+ years ABA experience, including direct service
- Reliable transportation within the service area (Perris, Menifee, Moreno Valley, Hemet, Riverside)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to teamwork, accountability, and clinical excellence
- Experience with the VBMAPP highly preferred!
- Experience with Central Reach
- Must be available between 9-6:30 pm
Preferred:
- BCaBA certification or enrollment in BCBA supervision program
- Experience with mid-level supervision and parent training
- Spanish Speaking Candidate
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $43.00 per hour
