ABA RBT Center Assistant

Are you a certified RBT who excels on the clinical floor and thrives in a leadership-support hybrid role? Advanced Behavioral Therapy (ABT) is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Center Assistant for our ABA center in Beachwood, OH.

This dual-function role blends high-quality client care with hands-on operational support. You’ll be the team’s go-to problem solver: covering sessions, coaching new hires, keeping the clinic organized, and preventing last-minute disruptions. If you’re proactive, adaptable, and energized by improving systems in real time, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct 1:1 and group ABA therapy

• Provide session coverage during staff absences and breaks

• Coach and onboard new RBTs

Operations & Clinic Support

• Manage front-desk reception, including client sign-in and family greetings

• Answer and log incoming calls

• Conduct daily clinic walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness and readiness

• Restock supplies and maintain shared spaces

• Support inventory management and end-of-day closing procedures

• Assist with real-time schedule updates

Required Qualifications

• Active RBT credential in good standing

• 2+ years of hands-on ABA experience

• Demonstrated leadership ability

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for most of the shift

• Experience with real-time data entry (Ensora or comparable EHR)

• Working knowledge of Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Behavior Analysis, or related field

• Experience onboarding or training RBTs/BTs

• Clinic operations or scheduling experience in centers serving 30+ clients

• Current crisis-prevention certification (CPI, Safety-Care, etc.)

• Bilingual (English/Spanish or language relevant to client population)
