ABA Supervisor/Case Manager

Clinical Case Manager/Supervisor (Part-Time, Transitioning to Full-Time)

NOTE: To be considered for this position, applicants must be currently enrolled in or have completed the ABA coursework and academic program required for BCBA eligibility.

Salary is commensurate with education. Candidates with a Master’s degree, or those nearing completion of their Master’s program, may be eligible for a higher rate.

Creative Behavioral Consultants, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Clinical Case Manager/Supervisor for in-home ABA cases in the Palmdale area, and potentially the Lancaster area as well. This position is expected to grow into a full-time position.

We are an in-network provider for private/commercial insurance, Medi-Cal providers, and NLACRC. This is not a telehealth-only position. We're seeking someone currently working toward BCBA certification who is passionate about ABA and ready to grow in an ethical, high-quality, and supportive environment. BCBA supervision hours are provided.

Requirements:

• Must be enrolled in - or have completed - a Master’s in ABA (minimum 12 ABA units completed if currently enrolled), or have BCaBA certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience supervising ABA cases (may include BACB “unrestricted” experience as a supervisee)
• Experience in program design, staff training, and parent education
• Able to produce high-quality, detail-oriented work
• Possess strong writing and communication skills (college level)
• Able to meet deadlines and work independently
• Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
• Calm under pressure and passionate about ABA
• Ability to conduct Functional Analyses (preferred, not required)
• Spanish bilingual (preferred, not required)
