ABA Therapist- RBT/ ABAT

Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA programs as directed by BCBA/BCaBA Case ManagersProvide 1:1 and group-based intervention to individuals in a safe, clean and reinforcing environment.
• Collect, record and maintain data on client’s behavior, analyze the data and report to case managers as directed.
• Material Development.
• Assist the Behavior Analyst/Case Mangers in completing assessment, developing and implementing ABA Therapy intervention program.
• To provide ABA intervention to clients at the clinic, home and school settings as required by the center.
• Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding the client’s progress as directed by the case managers.
• Maintain client confidentiality.
• Liaise with other professionals such as speech therapists, occupational therapists and other health care and social care professionals.
• To comply with the relevant licensing authority requirements & regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• ABA therapist: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• ABAT/RBT/IBT Certification (Required)
• CDA License/Eligibility (Preferred)
