Abbeywest is growing its digital media platform Ujjawal Bharat Stories and we are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our online presence.

The candidate will coordinate content posting, audience engagement, and platform growth across YouTube and Instagram.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule posts for YouTube , Instagram & Facebook
• Coordinate with video editor for reels & shorts posting
• Write captions, hashtags & engaging descriptions
• Monitor comments and audience engagement
• Track performance (views, reach, engagement, watch time)
• Suggest content ideas based on trends
• Maintain posting calendar consistency

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• 6 months – 2 years experience in social media handling
• Knowledge of Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts strategy
• Basic understanding of SEO & hashtag research
• Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools
• Good Hindi & English communication skills
• Organized & deadline-oriented personality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
