Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Abortion Provider to join our healthcare team. This role involves delivering comprehensive reproductive health services with a focus on patient-centered care. Responsibilities
- Provide safe, effective, and compassionate abortion care in accordance with established medical protocols and legal guidelines
- Conduct patient assessments, including medical history review and physical examinations
- Perform or assist with medical and surgical procedures related to abortion services
- Offer pre- and post-procedure counseling to ensure patients are well-informed and supported throughout their care journey
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and follow-up services
- Educate patients on reproductive health, contraception options, and related health concerns
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, infection control standards, and ethical practices at all times
Skills
- Medical degree or relevant healthcare certification (e.g., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, MD or DO) with licensure in good standing
- Experience providing reproductive health services, including abortion procedures, is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with diverse patient populations
- Excellent clinical judgment, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate approach to patient care with a commitment to respecting patient autonomy and confidentiality
- Knowledge of current legal regulations surrounding reproductive health services is advantageous
