Above Ground Pool Installer

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented above ground pool installer to join our fast growing construction company. This role is vital in ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality installation of above ground swimming pools. You will play a key part in transforming outdoor spaces into fun, functional, and safe aquatic environments. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, craftsmanship, and a strong work ethic to every project, helping us deliver exceptional results on time and within scope.

Duties

• Assist in the assembly and installation of swimming pools, including framing, plumbing, and liners
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to prepare sites and install pool components
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise construction and placement of pool structures
• Coordinate with team members on site to ensure adherence to safety standards and project timelines
• Assist with renovation or restoration projects related to existing pools or surrounding hardscape areas such as decking, fencing, and concrete

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction site work with knowledge of concrete forming, masonry, carpentry, roofing, or related trades
• Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical diagrams specific to pool installation projects
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery operation
• Experience with concrete forming, rebar installation, finish work is highly desirable
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
• We are willing to train the right applicant if they are willing to work hard learning a valuable trade while learning from a seasoned, hands on owner.

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
