Job Description

IMF Global Horizons is hiring an enthusiastic and experienced Abroad Consultant / Study Abroad Counsellor to guide students and professionals in achieving their international education and work visa goals.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling clients, understanding their overseas study/work requirements, and assisting them throughout the application and visa process.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and clients for Study Abroad/Work Visa/Academic opportunities
• Assess client profiles and suggest suitable countries, courses, and visa options
• Provide accurate information regarding universities, colleges, admission procedures, and visa requirements
• Assist clients with documentation, applications, and follow-ups
• Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure high satisfaction
• Stay updated with immigration rules, visa policies, and overseas education trends
• Meet counselling and conversion targets

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in overseas education consultancy or visa counselling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of study abroad destinations and visa processes
• Ability to handle clients professionally and ethically
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling, CRM preferred)
