Job Responsibilities
- Generate, manage, and convert leads into property sales and leases.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi (off-plan and secondary markets).
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Stay updated on Abu Dhabi’s property market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Promote company listings through marketing campaigns, property portals, and social media.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Ensure all documentation, RERA/DLD (if applicable), and company compliance processes are followed.
- Provide after-sales service and client support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in UAE real estate (Abu Dhabi market preferred).
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are an advantage).
- Excellent knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities and developers (Aldar, Bloom, etc.).
- Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
- Ability to work under pressure in a competitive sales environment.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
