Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage financial records, ensure accuracy in reporting, and support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Support audits and tax preparation as needed
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and records

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Two + years of accounting experience preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP)
• Strong Excel skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or CPA-eligible (a plus)
