HR Assistant/Documents Controller/Front Desk

Job Position: Document Controller / HR Assistant / Front Desk Support

Our Ready Mix Company is hiring a suitable candidate for the position of **Document Controller**, with additional responsibilities in **HR assistance** and **front desk support**.

**Job Responsibilities:**

**1) Document Control Duties (Ready Mix Company):**

* Maintain, organize, and update all company documents and records in a proper filing system

* Handle incoming and outgoing documents, both physical and electronic

* Keep records of delivery notes, concrete dispatch documents, invoices, purchase orders, LPOs, and supplier documents

* Maintain production-related documents such as batching records, daily reports, and site-related paperwork

* Keep proper records of quality control documents, test reports, material approvals, and compliance documents

* Track document submission, receipt, and approval status

* Ensure all documents are properly filed, labeled, and easy to retrieve when required

* Prepare reports and document logs for management when needed

* Coordinate with different departments to collect and update documents on time

* Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all company records

**2) HR Assistance:**

* Assist in candidate sourcing and recruitment activities, including hunting for suitable candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks

* Strong candidate hunting skills are required to identify and attract capable talent

* Support the HR department in daily administrative tasks

* Maintain and update employee files and records

* Assist with joining documents, leave records, attendance, and HR-related paperwork

* Help coordinate interviews and employee documentation

**3) Front Desk Support:**

* Answer phone calls professionally and direct them to the concerned department

* Welcome and assist visitors at the front desk when required

* Handle basic reception and office coordination duties

**Requirements:**

* Good communication skills

* Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Good filing, record-keeping, and organizational skills

* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

* Experience in document control, administration, or HR support will be preferred

* Professional attitude and attention to detail

**Note:**

This role is suitable for a candidate who can professionally manage company documentation, HR support, and front desk responsibilities. Experience in handling operational and administrative documents in a Ready Mix or construction-related company will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
