AC FOREMAN REQUIRED

REPORTS TO: M&P Supervisor / Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary:

The Foreman AC is responsible for supervising and coordinating air conditioning and HVAC installation, maintenance and repair works. He ensures all AC activities are carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with technical standards and drawing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Supervise daily AC/HVAC installation, maintenance and repair activities.

· Allocated task and manage AC technicians on site.

· Read HVAC drawing and operation manual.

· Ensure proper installation.

· Monitor preventive & corrective maintenance of HVAC systems.

· Diagnose system faults and support technicians in troubleshooting

· Coordinate with supervisor and engineer.

· Maintain preventive and corrective records.

· Ensure parts are used correctly.

· Monitor quality of work and ensure timely completion of task.

· Update supervisor and engineer daily activities task.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

· Must have basic computer skill. (Office)

· Must have good English communication skill (reading, Writing and Speaking).

· Must be able to work independently and reliably.

· Must have high level of expertise in reviewing blueprints drawing.

· Must Have high level of expertise in installing new air conditioning systems

· Must Have high level of expertise to attend emergency repair and resolve issues.

· Must have deep understanding of fabricating equipment parts to meet specialty needs or replace parts that may not be readily available.

· Must have high level of expertise to search market for spare parts.

· Must have capability to lead AC Technicians

· Must Have capability to lead AC annual maintenance contract

QUALIFICATION & EXPERICE REQUIRED:

· Diploma in mechanical

· Certificate in HVAC & Refrigeration from a reputable vocational institute.

· Must have a minimum of (7) years of experience in hotel, resorts, residential complex maintenance.

· Age below 30 years.
