AC Technician cum General Maintenance Worker

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable AC Technician cum General Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems, as well as performing general maintenance and repair work for residential, commercial, or facility properties.

Key Responsibilities:

•* *Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems (split, window, and central units).

**• **Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in AC systems and ensure timely repairs.

**• **Conduct routine cleaning, filter replacement, and performance checks of HVAC systems.

**• **Perform general maintenance tasks such as plumbing repairs, electrical works, painting, carpentry, and other facility upkeep as required.

**• **Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure all work is completed efficiently and safely.

**• **Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

**• **Follow safety protocols and company maintenance standards.

**• **Prepare service reports and maintain records of all work done.

Qualifications & Requirements:

**• **Proven experience as an AC Technician or General Maintenance Worker (minimum 2–3 years preferred).

**• **Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and troubleshooting techniques.

**• **Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.

**• **Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.

**• **Physically fit and able to work in different environments (indoor/outdoor).

**• **Good communication and teamwork skills.

**• **Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, 6 days per week (as per company policy).

**• **On-call availability for emergency maintenance may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
