A/C Technician

Seven Century Real Estate is seeking a skilled and reliable AC Technician to join our Property Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of air conditioning systems across our managed properties, ensuring optimal functionality and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair split, ducted, and central AC systems
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently
• Install new air conditioning units and related equipment when required
• Handle refrigerant charging, leak testing, and compressor servicing
• Maintain logs of maintenance and repair work performed
• Respond promptly to tenant and management service requests
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Coordinate with other maintenance and facility teams as needed
• Report any major repair needs or issues to the Property Management Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in AC maintenance and repair
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals
• Physically fit and able to work in various environments
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude
• UAE experience preferred; valid UAE driving license is a plus
