AC Technician – Facility Management

We are looking for a Junior AC Technician to join our Facility Management maintenance team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of air conditioning systems and a willingness to learn and grow within an FM environment. This role is suitable for technicians with limited experience who can perform routine maintenance under supervision while maintaining professional conduct with tenants and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) for air conditioning systems, including split AC, package units, and VRF systems.
• Support senior technicians in troubleshooting and repair works.
• Perform basic inspection, cleaning, filter replacement, and minor repairs.
• Follow FM company procedures, safety guidelines, and maintenance schedules.
• Respond to service calls and attend tenant complaints under supervision.
• Ensure tools, materials, and work areas are kept clean and safe.
• Update job cards and maintenance records accurately.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as an AC Technician (FM company experience preferred).
• Basic knowledge of split AC and package units; VRF knowledge is an advantage.
• Understanding of PPM activities in a Facility Management environment.
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and professional attitude with tenants and supervisors.
• Physically fit and able to work on multiple sites if required.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration, or related trade.
• Awareness of UAE safety standards and FM practices.
