A/C Technician

Central One Dubai Properties is looking for a skilled and experienced AC Technician to join our Facilities & Maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems across our residential and commercial properties in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair split AC, window AC, and central HVAC systems
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in AC systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Handle refrigerant charging and gas leak detection
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
• Prepare basic maintenance reports when required

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an AC Technician in UAE
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting
• Diploma/ITI certification in Air Conditioning or relevant technical field
• Familiarity with safety regulations
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Basic English communication skills
