Job Role: AC Technician

• Installation – Set up various AC units like split, window, package, etc. per manufacturer guidelines and local codes.
• Maintenance – Clean filters, check refrigerant levels, inspect components, and replace worn-out parts.
• Repairs & Troubleshooting – Diagnose and fix electrical and mechanical AC issues, including refrigerant leaks and compressor failures.
• Refrigerant Management – Handle, store, and recharge refrigerants safely.
• System Upgrades – Recommend and perform upgrades for better efficiency.
• Customer Service – Provide repair explanations, maintenance tips, and energy-saving advice.
• Safety & Compliance – Follow safety protocols, building codes, and environmental standards.
• Documentation – Maintain service records and provide reports to clients.

Requirements:

Age below 40

Physically fit for handling tools and working in various conditions

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good communication & attention to detail

Qualification:

ITI, diploma or equivalent

Accommodation provided

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
