AC TECHNICIAN

Installation & Maintenance

• Install air conditioning and ventilation systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Inspect and clean filters, ducts, coils, blowers, and condensers.
• Conduct gas charging, leak testing, and pressure checking.
• Replace defective electrical and mechanical components.

Troubleshooting & Repairs

• Diagnose faults in split units, package units, chillers, window ACs, and refrigeration systems.
• Repair compressors, motors, thermostats, relays, contactors, and electrical controls.
• Attend emergency breakdowns and perform corrective maintenance.
• Ensure all repairs are completed within the required timeframe.

Monitoring & Inspection

• Monitor AC system performance and energy efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report abnormalities.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and spare parts usage.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Ensure compliance with electrical and HVAC safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas after maintenance activities.
• Report unsafe conditions immediately to the supervisor.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
