AC Technician

Core Responsibilities

• Maintenance: Perform preventative servicing by cleaning filters, clearing drain lines, and checking refrigerant levels.
• Diagnostics: Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults using manifold gauges, multimeters, and leak detectors.
• Repairs: Replace faulty compressors, motors, and capacitors.
• Installation: Mount and install split systems, central units, and ductwork while reading wiring diagrams.
• Compliance: Adhere to local safety regulations and safely handle refrigerants. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: High school diploma, supplemented by a 1-to-3-year diploma or trade certificate in HVAC/Refrigeration.
• Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of hands-on experience in residential or light commercial servicing.
• Hard Skills: Proficient with brazing equipment, vacuum pumps, and interpreting electrical schematics.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and effective customer service skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs), climb ladders, and work in confined spaces

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
