AC Technician Assistant

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable AC Technician Assistant to support AC technicians in installation, maintenance, and repair works for air conditioning systems. The candidate should be physically fit, willing to learn, and able to work efficiently at project sites and maintenance locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist AC Technicians in installation, servicing, and maintenance of AC systems
• Help in carrying tools, materials, and equipment to work sites
• Support troubleshooting and repair activities
• Clean AC units, filters, ducts, and work areas
• Assist in dismantling and assembling AC components
• Follow technician instructions and safety procedures
• Load and unload materials and equipment safely
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and materials
• Support emergency maintenance works when required

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of air conditioning systems is preferred
• Previous experience as helper or assistant in HVAC/maintenance field is an advantage
• Physically fit and capable of handling site work
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to learn technical skills
• Basic communication skills

• Knowledge of tools and equipment used in AC maintenance
• Understanding of workplace safety practices
• Positive attitude and hardworking nature
