Job Title: AC Technician cum Driver – Maintenance / Fit-Out

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled AC Technician cum Driver with experience in building maintenance and fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain, and repair split, package, ducted, and VRF/VRV AC systems.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and retail properties.
• Attend breakdown calls and troubleshoot AC issues efficiently.
• Perform AC-related works during fit-out projects, including ducting, piping, insulation, and testing.
• Ensure all works are completed as per safety standards and company procedures.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other technicians.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good condition.
• Drive company vehicle to transport manpower, materials, and tools to project sites.
• Maintain proper job records, service reports, and checklists.
• Follow company HSE rules and UAE regulations at all times.

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in HVAC / Air Conditioning or relevant technical qualification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in AC maintenance and fit-out works.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, fault diagnosis, and repair.
• Ability to read basic drawings and understand site instructions.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is an advantage).
• Physically fit and able to work in site condition.
