We are seeking a motivated and skilled AC Technician & Helper to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and property maintenance projects. As an integral part of our service team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical equipment across diverse settings. This position is ideal for individuals eager to develop their technical expertise while contributing to high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Assist in installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to ensure precise installation and repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration) systems to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Conduct field service visits for appliance repair, property maintenance, and equipment diagnostics.
• Use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters to identify electrical issues within HVAC systems.
• Support welding and mechanical tasks required for equipment repair or installation projects.
• Maintain detailed service records and reports for all work performed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction-related roles with a focus on HVAC service technician work or property maintenance.
• Knowledge of schematics, HVAC design principles, plumbing, refrigeration systems including ammonia refrigeration, and mechanical systems.
• Hands-on experience with equipment repair, welding, boiler operation, and general mechanical knowledge.
• Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred but not required.
• Strong field service skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC/R issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
