Job Title: AC Technician Helper / Assistant

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist AC Technicians in installing, servicing, and repairing air conditioning systems, including split units, package units, and ducted systems.
• Help in diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults under the supervision of senior technicians.
• Provide support in performing scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to ensure system efficiency.
• Aid in attending to emergency breakdown calls, providing assistance in the troubleshooting and repair process.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly maintained and available for use.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures while on-site.
• Document all work performed as directed by senior technicians.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience or interest in HVAC systems is a plus but not required.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills related to HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Must be able to follow instructions and perform tasks with attention to detail.
• Must be currently residing in Abu Dhabi.
