AC Technician (Marine / Vessels)

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced AC Technicians to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems onboard vessels. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge of marine HVAC systems and the ability to work in shipboard environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair marine air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC units onboard vessels
• Perform preventive maintenance and system performance checks
• Diagnose and repair compressors, chillers, fan coil units, and ducting systems
• Handle refrigerant charging, leak detection, and system testing
• Ensure compliance with marine safety standards and regulations
• Maintain service records and prepare technical reports

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as an AC Technician, preferably in marine or shipyard environment
• Knowledge of marine HVAC systems and electrical troubleshooting
• Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
• Familiarity with safety procedures onboard vessels
• Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces
• Willing to travel or work onboard vessels as required.
