AC Technician Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled and experienced AC Technician Supervisor to oversee a team of AC technicians and ensure high-quality HVAC maintenance and repair services. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge and leadership skills to manage daily operations and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of AC technicians and helpers
• Plan, assign, and review the work of the team
• Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems (split, window, ducted, VRV/VRF, etc.)
• Ensure all service jobs are completed efficiently and on time
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members
• Maintain service quality standards and safety protocols
• Prepare daily/weekly job reports and communicate with management
• Handle client queries and provide onsite support when necessary

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI in Air Conditioning or HVAC
• 4–6 years of hands-on HVAC experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and repair techniques
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage a team and handle multiple service requests
• Valid driving license preferred
