AC Technician Troubleshooter

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled AC Technician – Troubleshooter with strong experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems for residential and commercial buildings. The candidate must be capable of identifying technical faults efficiently and providing effective repair solutions while ensuring optimal system performance and tenant comfort.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and air conditioning system faults.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance works.

Repair AC units, condensers, refrigerant lines, and drainage systems.

Inspect cooling performance and identify efficiency issues.

Handle refrigerant charging and leak detection works.

Ensure all HVAC systems operate safely and efficiently.

Prepare maintenance reports and technical observations.

Respond quickly to emergency AC complaints and breakdowns.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of HVAC maintenance experience.

Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.

Good knowledge of VRF, split, package, and central AC systems.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

UAE driving license is preferred.

Experience:

• diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving Licenses (Preferred)
