Job Title: AC Technician (Villas Projects – VRF Systems)

Job Purpose:

To carry out installation, testing and commissioning of VRF/VRV and split AC systems in villa projects, ensuring all work is done safely, correctly, and according to approved drawings and manufacturer standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Install VRF/VRV indoor and outdoor units, refrigerant piping, drain piping, insulation, and control wiring.
• Assist in copper piping brazing, flaring, and leak testing.
• Carry out vacuuming, refrigerant charging, and performance testing.
• Ensure proper installation of supports, brackets, and insulation materials.
• Check refrigerant pressures, temperatures, and system operation during commissioning.
• Diagnose and repair faults in AC systems, controls, and wiring.
• Ensure safe handling of refrigerant gases and electrical components.
• Coordinate with foreman or site engineer for daily work instructions.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas at all times.
• Prepare daily work progress reports and inform supervisors of any issues.
• Follow company and site safety rules strictly.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3–6 years of UAE experience in villa projects with VRF/VRV systems (Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of refrigerant piping work, pressure testing, and AC installation.
• Ability to use tools such as vacuum pumps, manifold gauges, and leak detectors.
• Basic understanding of electrical connections and controls for AC systems.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must follow HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) requirements on sit
