Overview
We are looking for experienced ACA Team Leaders / Pod Leaders ready to grow and manage their own team inside a fast-paced call center environment.
This is a leadership opportunity for individuals who already have agents or can build a strong producing team.
Duties
- Recruit, manage, and motivate your own team of agents
- Maintain strong production and compliance standards
- Monitor team performance and daily activity
- Coach agents to improve sales and retention
- Support operational goals and team development
- Foster a positive and high-performing sales environment

Requirements
- ACA / health insurance sales experience required
- Previous leadership or call center management experience preferred
- Existing team is a major plus
- Strong understanding of compliance and sales metrics
- Ability to manage a team of 5–15+ agents
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience working in high-volume sales environments
