ACA Track is seeking organized, client-focused professionals to help employers navigate Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance and reporting requirements.

This position offers a unique seasonal work structure. During our busy reporting season, workloads can approach full-time hours. During portions of the off-season, workloads decrease significantly, allowing team members greater flexibility for family commitments, consulting work, education, retirement, or other personal pursuits.

Many members of our team return year after year because this schedule provides an ideal balance between meaningful professional work and personal flexibility.

Seasonal Work Structure

Busy Season (September–March)

  • Generally 25–40 hours per week
  • Availability during standard business hours

Off-Season (April–August)

  • Generally 5–20 hours per week
  • Flexible scheduling

Candidates should be comfortable with significant fluctuations in workload throughout the year.

ACA Track provides ACA compliance and reporting services to employers nationwide. We partner with HR, payroll, benefits, finance, and executive teams to simplify complex compliance requirements and reporting obligations.

What You’ll Do

As an ACA Reporting Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 50+ client groups and guide them through their annual ACA reporting process from planning through filing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships across a high-volume portfolio of employer groups
  • Leading annual ACA compliance planning meetings and establishing reporting timelines
  • Managing multiple concurrent client projects, deadlines, and deliverables in a fast-paced seasonal environment
  • Reviewing payroll, benefits, and eligibility data for completeness, accuracy, and ACA reporting requirements
  • Identifying data gaps, errors, and inconsistencies and coordinating corrections with clients
  • Collaborating with internal Data Analysts to prepare and validate reporting data
  • Training clients on ACA Track systems, processes, and annual reporting workflows
  • Guiding clients through reporting approvals, filing milestones, and compliance deadlines
  • Responding to client questions and compliance-related inquiries throughout the reporting cycle
  • Communicating professionally with clients, brokers, and internal team members
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality and security standards when handling sensitive employee data

Compensation for this position is based on experience, qualifications, and assigned workload. The anticipated hourly range for this role is $28.00–$32.00 per hour.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
