Job Title: School Principal / Academic & Administrative Head (K12)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced K12 Educator with strong leadership skills to manage the operations of our school. The candidate will work closely with the School Owner and will be responsible for overall academic quality, staff management, admissions growth, and daily operations.
We are looking for someone who is passionate, responsible, and interested in working in a performance-based, profit-sharing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Academic Leadership
- Ensure implementation of high-quality teaching and learning standards.
- Monitor lesson planning, classroom instruction, and student performance.
- Introduce new academic programs, curriculum improvements, and teaching methodologies.
2. Administration & Coordination
- Manage all departments (Academic, Transport, HR, Finance, Admissions, Operations).
- Maintain government, compliance, and accreditation requirements.
- Ensure safety, discipline, and smooth functioning of day-to-day school activities.
3. Staff Management
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate teachers and administrative staff.
- Conduct staff meetings, training workshops, and performance assessments.
4. Admission Growth & Public Relations
- Lead school promotion and admissions strategies.
- Maintain positive relationships with parents, community, and educational partners.
5. Finance & Profit Responsibility
- Work with the owner on budgeting, planning, and growth strategies.
- Manage expenses, fee collections, and profitability targets.
- Work under a profit-sharing model, ensuring mutual growth.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5–12+ years experience in K12 education.
- Experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, Academic Coordinator, or Senior Teacher.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of curriculum standards (CBSE / IGCSE / State Board etc).
- Ability to independently manage all school departments.
