Key Responsibilities:Academic Coordination

  • Implement GSEB curriculum for Pre-Primary and Primary (English Medium).
  • Prepare and monitor yearly academic plans, lesson plans, and syllabus completion.
  • Ensure age-appropriate teaching methodologies and learning outcomes.
  • Support teachers in curriculum delivery, assessments, and classroom management.
  • Monitor students’ academic progress and recommend interventions where required.

Teacher Supervision & Support

  • Guide, mentor, and supervise teachers on academic and pedagogical practices.
  • Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Coordinate teacher training, workshops, and orientation programs.
  • Ensure discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct among staff.

Assessment & Evaluation

  • Plan and monitor periodic assessments, worksheets, and examinations.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of assessment records and student portfolios.
  • Analyze results and prepare academic reports for management and parents.

Student Development

  • Promote holistic development including academics, values, discipline, and life skills.
  • Address student behavioral or learning concerns in coordination with teachers and parents.
  • Ensure child safety, well-being, and inclusive practices.

Parent & Communication

  • Coordinate and participate in parent-teacher meetings.
  • Address parent queries related to academics and student progress.
  • Communicate school academic policies effectively.

Administrative & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with GSEB norms and school policies.
  • Maintain academic documentation and records.
  • Coordinate with other departments for events, activities, and school functions.
  • Assist the Principal in academic audits and inspections.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Education (B.Ed / ECCE preferred)
  • Strong understanding of GSEB curriculum (Pre-Primary & Primary)
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Experience:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of teaching experience
  • At least 2–3 years in a leadership / coordinator role preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
