THINC Institute of Design, one of the fastest-growing coaching centers specializing in Design and Architecture Entrance exams, is actively seeking talented individuals to join our team for the role of Academic Content Developer/ SME (Subject Matter Expert), who can prepare questions for our aspirants.

Qualification:

Any Graduate specialized in Science Stream / B.Tech/ B.Arch

Job Responsibilities:

Academic Content Developer Specific duties include:

• Develop complete, well-structured curriculum materials for multiple entrance exams, ensuring every element aligns with the latest exam patterns, trends, and syllabi.
• Plan content goals, strategies, and creative directions that shape high-quality study materials.
• Collaborate actively with faculty members and the academic team to brainstorm innovative and impactful content ideas.
• Create original, easy-to-understand, and highly student-friendly study materials that support effective learning.
• Edit, refine, and proofread all content to maintain accuracy, clarity, and academic quality before publication.
• Ensure originality by conducting detailed plagiarism checks on all new material.
• Prepare exam-oriented questions, incorporating insights from previous years’ papers and current exam standards.
• Design meaningful tasks, assignments, and practice activities that strengthen student learning outcomes.
• Organize, maintain, and manage academic resources to ensure smooth content operations.
• Develop lesson plans, study guides, and teaching aids that enhance classroom delivery and student engagement.
• Maintain systematic records of content development, revisions, updates, and version history for smooth workflow and future reference.

Requirements:

• Strong academic orientation
• Those who are experienced in teaching field(topics related QA, reasoning, maths, architecture, designs etc) and can handle lesson plans or those who are preparing for competitive exams can be applied.
• Interest in crating study materials and exam questions
• Good analytical and proofreading skills
• Willingness to work with academics team.
