COORDINATORSDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES
1. EnquiryCollection:
● Collect and manage enquiries from emails and social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook).
● Directly contact UAE-based enquiries and assign enquiries from other countries to the respective coordinators
2. Information Dissemination:
● Inform parents about the fee structure and admission procedures via telephone and text messages
3. Follow-Up: 4. PaymentProcessing:
● Actively follow up on admission-related queries to ensure a positive outcome.
● Generateandsendapplication forms to interested parents.
4. PaymentProcessing:
● Upload payment slips to the software system and send confirmation copies to parents.
● Confirm the receipt of payments and update the system accordingly.
5. Book and Uniform Collection:
● Collect address and size details from parents post-payment and forward this information to the books team for processing
6. Track ID Update:
● Update track IDs in the system once items are dispatched and notify parents
7. Enrolments and Follow-Up:
● Add admitted students to the Edument application.
● Notify teachers of new admissions and guide parents on how to join the class link
● Perform monthly follow-ups regarding class queries and fee payments
8. Coordinator Meetings:
● Organize weekly meetings every Saturday to assess and streamline the admission process.
● Set and achieve targets for admitted students.
● Maintain and update the daily admitted student lists, sorting them by classes and divisions
9. Teacher Coordination:
● Coordinate meetings with teachers to clarify the procedures for marking attendance and updating class links.
Basic Salary and Commission Provided
● Assist teachers in entering chapter topics and lesson plans into the Edument application
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: AED750.00 - AED1,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 8 per week
