Academic Coordinator

Dear candidate,
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Academic Coordinator to lead and support our teaching team in ensuring academic excellence and smooth curriculum implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor lesson planning and classroom delivery.
• Support teachers with academic planning, assessments, and classroom management.
• Ensure effective execution of the CBSE curriculum.
• Conduct regular teacher observations and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with the Principal and academic team to enhance learning outcomes.

Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in academics or coordination roles (school background mandatory)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Passionate about education and continuous improvement

Salary is no bar for the right candidate and will be aligned with your present salary.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
