Academic Coordinator

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic coordinator at Hera International School located in Jeddah. The Academic coordinator will ensure that the school is following its academic mission and goals, providing effective academic programs, and ensuring the academic excellence of the school. The Academic coordinator will also be responsible for leading and managing teachers and staff, communicating with parents and students, and enhancing the curriculum to meet the needs of students.

Qualifications

Educational Management and Team Management skills

Experience in Curriculum Development and Education

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills

Demonstrated leadership experience in academic settings

Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, parents, and students

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field

Experience in international schools is a plus
