Job Description:

Professional Freelancing Training Program (PFTP) is hiring an experienced Academic Coordinator to manage academic operations and student coordination for short courses.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage student queries and academic issues
  • Coordinate with instructors and management team
  • Maintain attendance, reports, and student records
  • Ensure smooth execution of classes and schedules
  • Monitor student progress and discipline
  • Support daily academic activities and operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an educational institute
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to handle students professionally
  • Knowledge of management tools and techniques will be preferred
