Academic Coordinator - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

m2r Education are working in partnership with a leadingAmerican international schoolin Saudi Arabiawho are seeking an experiencedAcademic Coordinator for KG to Grade 3to join their team fromAugust 2026.

The school delivers afullAmerican curriculumbased onCommon Core State Standards (CCSS) and Next Generation Standards (NGS)from Kindergarten to Grade 12, educating both boys and girls. Students graduate with anAmerican High School Diplomaand progress touniversities in Saudi Arabia and internationally.

This role coversall subjects from KG to Grade 3. The Academic Coordinator leads curriculum planning, teaching quality, assessment, staff development and departmental performance, while ensuring compliance with policies, safeguarding and other protocols. You may be required to cover up to 15 lessons per week.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Education or a related subject
• Masters in Educational Leadership (or equivalent) is highly desirable
• PGCE/QTS or relevant teaching licence
• Proven teaching and leadership experience within Lower Primary
• Strong performance management and staff development skills
